Here are a few reasons why you may not be able to place a new order:
- You have not yet reached the next order date for your membership. You can find this by logging in and going to your account. Then click "members" to see the date your next order is available for each subscription.
- You are shopping under the wrong membership profile (shopping for “Calvin” instead of “Susie”).
- We were unable to bill your monthly membership.
- You are not signed into your Nike Adventure Club account.
- You currently have a pair of shoes in transit. We're happy to process an exchange order once your shoes have arrived.
