What if I received the wrong shoes?

Due to Nike Adventure Club's closure, we will be unable to replace wrong orders after January 15th, 2020. 

What to do if we sent you the wrong order:

If a mistake with your order occurs, please let us know right away! 

After verifying you received an item that does not match your order confirmation details, please contact us explaining what we got wrong, and we will take care of the rest. 

What to do if you ordered the wrong pair:

If you ordered the incorrect item and need to exchange it, please Contact Us by January 15, 2020. We will be unable to place any exchange orders after January 15, 2020.
