What if I lose my return label?

If you do lose the prepaid return label included in your box, please contact us and let us know which pair you are planning to return. We will get a new return label out to your right away. 

The return label can be applied to the reusable shipping box used to deliver your shoes. Returns can be dropped off at your nearest FedEx location.
