We understand that there may be a month when your card is unable to be charged successfully. This may be due to a change in your billing information or other changes to your card.
You will receive automatic notifications by email until we are able to charge you for your monthly subscription. If you receive one of these emails, simply update your billing information using the link provided in the email. More info here on updating your payment method.
If a monthly bill is unable to be charged, your account will automatically go inactive after 30 days. If this happens, you can log into your account and sign back up.
