Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days after receiving your confirmation. This time frame can vary slightly depending on your financial institution.
Refunds are applied to the card used at the time your invoice was billed. If this card has expired, or if you received a new card as a result of a lost, stolen or damaged card, your refund should be applied to your new card as long as you are still with the same financial institution.
