Important Dates and information regarding your ending subscription

On December 1, 2020, Nike Adventure Club announced that the service will be ending for all members.

Here is our message:

Nike Adventure Club’s aim was to create distinct relationships with families, ease the burden of shopping and provide fun activities for kids. At Nike, we’re always looking for the best ways to serve our consumers through continuous innovation, testing and assessment of our service offerings. It’s with this mission in mind that we have decided to discontinue the Nike Adventure Club subscription service.

We’d like to offer you one more opportunity to place an order for your kids. Please make your final selection by December 15, 2020. As a token of our gratitude and thanks for supporting the club, we are enabling all active subscribers in good standing to place one last order no matter where you are in your reorder period.

If you do not place an order by December 15th, we will not be able to fulfill this last order. You will not be billed for December or beyond.

Going forward we invite you to use Nike.com/kids as your one-stop resource for kid-focused gear, content and expert advice—everything you need to launch their lifelong love of sport.

Why did Nike Adventure Club decide to discontinue its service to subscribers?

At Nike, we’re always looking for ways to innovate to better serve and connect with consumers. We are always evaluating our services to ensure we’re adding value to your experience with us. As such, we have determined that Nike Adventure Club will discontinue.

Will Nike ever do a subscription service again?

We are always looking to better serve the needs of every Nike community in order to deliver the best product and experiences. Understanding the unique needs of every community remains paramount, and if in the future a subscription service will deliver the best of Nike to that community, we will absolutely explore that service option.

What happens to existing subscribers?

We want to express our gratitude and appreciation for all of our subscribers for going on this adventure with us. As a sign of our thanks, we’re offering each subscriber – no matter their tier-one final opportunity to select a pair of sneakers for their kids.

When will Nike Adventure Club end?

Subscribers have until December 15, 2020, to make their final shoe selection on the Nike Adventure Club website. After that date, no new orders or subscriptions will be accepted.

What happens after that date if someone tries to visit Nike Adventure Club?

All new inquiries will be directed to Nike.com so consumers can shop and explore all the kid's products Nike has to offer.

Questions About Your Membership

Will I continue to be billed?

As of December 1, 2020, members will no longer be charged for any of their subscriptions. 

When is the last day I can order?

Members have until December 15, 2020, to place their final order. After that date, we will be unable to place any new orders. 

Will my order arrive by 12/25?

Due to increased COVID-19 safety protocols, we will be unable to guarantee delivery by a given date. We recommend ordering as soon as possible if you hope to receive your order before the holidays. 

Can I exchange my last order?

Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee the availability of stock for exchanges. Please contact us to check exchange availability.

What if I have an issue with my last order?

For assistance with any issues you may have with your last order, please contact us by chat or email. We are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm PST. 

Do I need to cancel my account?

No. After placing your last order, your account will be canceled. There is no action needed on your part. As of December 1, 2020, members will no longer be charged for any of their subscriptions. 

What if I purchased or received a gift that has not been redeemed?

For all unused gifts, the gift amount will be refunded to the purchaser on the card they used to purchase the gift. 

What if I have a gift subscription with unused months still available?

For all unused gift months for active gift subscriptions, the unused gift months will be refunded to the gift receiver. The refund will be issued to the credit card on the active subscription.


Refunds typically process in 3-5 business days. Due to an issue we are working through with our payment processor, refunds issued after December 2, 2020, may experience a delay. If it has been over 10 business days and you would like to check the status of your refund, please contact us
