Nike Adventure Club returns were designed to be as convenient as possible. If you find that your current pair isn't working, we offer returns within the first 30 days for size, fit, or performance issues. After 30 days the shoes need to be unwashed and unworn or have a material or workmanship flaw to be considered for a return.
To save you time, each order arrives with a prepaid return label that can be affixed to the reusable Nike Adventure Club delivery box. Simply peel and use the adhesive strip found on the opening flap to secure your box. Returns can be dropped off at your nearest FedEx location.
Please note that we only need the actual Nike or Converse shoe box back if the shoes are brand new.
