How do I cancel?

We'd be sad to see you leave the club, but you may cancel at any time.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us with the following information:

  • Account Holder Name:
  • Account Email:
  • Child's Name:
  • Reason for Cancelling:

Here are the details of our cancel policy: 

Cancellation within 30 days of last order

There are two options available if you cancel within 30 days of your last order:

  • You must return your current pair(s) within 10 days of cancellation.
  • You can arrange to be billed for the remainder of your monthly payment(s) if you would like to keep your shoes.

Cancellation after 30 days of last order

To complete cancellation, you must pay the remainder of any outstanding monthly payments.

30 day / 12 pairs / $50 month
Minimum payment per 1 order  = 1 x $50 payment
Cancellation after 30 Days: No additional payment obligations

60 day / 6 pairs / $30 month
Minimum payment per 1 order  = 2 x $30 payments.
Cancellation after 30 days: $30 per order

90 day / 4 pairs / $20 month
Minimum payment per 1 order = 3 x $20 payments
Cancellation after 30 days: $20 or $40 per order

Failure to return shoes within 10 days of cancellation will result in an automatic charge for the remaining plan price.  Failure to comply with our cancellation terms and conditions, will impact your ability to rejoin our service in the future.
